Gst Executive

R S Graphics Printing & Packaging is seeking a dedicated GST Filing Executive to manage and oversee our Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance and related accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with specific experience in GST return filings and invoice management.

Key Responsibilities:

• GST Return Filing: Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-2B, and GSTR-3B, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Invoice Management: Handle purchase and sales invoices, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with GST regulations.
• Compliance Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest GST laws and regulations to ensure the company's compliance.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized and accurate records of all GST-related transactions.
• Reporting: Generate and present reports related to GST filings and financial transactions as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in commerce (B.Com) or any related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on GST return filings.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of GST regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Candidate:

• Resides in or is willing to commute to Velappanchavadi, Chennai.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
