TELECALLER

• Call prospective and existing customers to provide accurate information about our real estate projects.
• Assist customers in understanding the features, benefits, and pricing details of different projects.
• Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally, addressing any concerns or doubts they may have.
• Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of customer interactions, ensuring accurate and detailed records of conversations.
• Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule site visits for interested prospects.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create organized and effective call campaigns.
• Meet monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and customer satisfaction.
• Constantly update knowledge of company projects, pricing, and any changes in policies or procedures.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A minimum qualification of graduation is required.
• Previous experience in a similar telecalling or customer service role will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and customer-oriented approach.
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel for maintaining a customer database.
• Proven ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure.
• A proactive attitude, with a drive to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Familiarity with real estate industry practices and terminology is desirable but not mandatory.
