Description
The HR Automation Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions within the HR domain. The Analyst will monitor and troubleshoot robotic processes, ensuring optimal performance and addressing any exceptions. Working closely with US counterparts, the HR Automation Analyst will identify and suggest new automation opportunities, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR operations.
Responsibilities:
Support the launch and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions
Collaborate with consulting service vendors to maintain and enhance existing automation
Develop and test automation workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Create comprehensive process and end-user documentation
Deploy RPA components, including robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools
Take ownership of various robotic processes, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and addressing exceptions
Continuously monitor robot performance to ensure optimal operation
Partner with US counterparts to identify and suggest new automation solutions
Perform other ad hoc duties as requested
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
2-3 years of professional work experience preferred
Proficiency in one or more programming languages and database technologies
Hands-on experience with UiPath technology
Expertise in Business and Technical requirements, problem-solving, and system testing (including UAT and Bug Fixes)
Familiarity with Human Resource processes or equivalent experience
Experience with API Integrations is a plus
Excellent communication skills
