Assist in Managing maintaining CRM systems for Events (Salesforce)
Create modify letters, floor plans, other documents for Events, using word processing, CRM and Organize printing of floor plans
Assist in preparation of on-site information requirements (stationery, refreshments, files etc.)
On-site: Handle inquiries regarding stands, payment, and other services and Assist in preparation of Travel Schedule Hotel Bookings for team
Assist in helping the Marketing Department deliver value added exhibitor promotion and Prepare letters for Exhibitors/Suppliers for Shipment Clearances Visa requirements.
Requirement
Minimum one year general administrative experience
Well versed with MS Office Packages (Word and Excel), Internet Emailing
Good written spoken communication in English.
