Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SCPI) expert with hands-on experience in implementing e-invoicing solutions for businesses using S/4HANA Public Cloud. Key Responsibilities: E-Invoice Implementation: Design and implement e-invoice solutions in compliance with country-specific regulations Configure integration between S/4HANA Public Cloud and external e-invoicing platforms or tax authorities using SAP Cloud Integration (SCPI). Deploy standard SAP-provided integration packages or develop custom iFlows for e-invoice processing. Integration Development and Deployment: Build and customize iFlows in SCPI for end-to-end e-invoice processes, including document creation, submission, status tracking, and acknowledgments. Leverage SCPI adapters like HTTP, SOAP, OData, and SFTP to integrate S/4HANA Public Cloud with external systems. Implement APIs, connectors, and middleware to facilitate real-time data exchange. Regulatory Compliance and Monitoring: Ensure compliance with global e-invoicing standards, including formats like JSON, XML, and EDIFACT. Configure and monitor error-handling mechanisms for failed e-invoice submissions, and set up alert notifications. Conduct regular testing to ensure the solution remains compliant with changing tax regulations. Collaboration and Documentation: Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and external tax platforms to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. Prepare and maintain integration documentation, including process flow diagrams, interface specifications, and test scripts. Testing and Post-Go-Live Support: Perform system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide hypercare support post go-live. Troubleshoot integration issues and resolve connectivity, mapping, or compliance errors in a timely manner.
