Sterling OMS Developer

General:

Good Organizing / Time Management Skills.
Should be a good Listener, communicator, professional communication practices (follow up, etc.) and a team player.
Will be working and communicating directly with the client
Having prior experience working with clients directly is a plus
Should be working / supporting during IST Business Hrs and may have to stretch if necessary.
Should have excellent troubleshooting skills and a quick leaner.

Technical Skills:

Key Responsibilities
1. Experience in implementing IBM Sterling OMS (CoC) solution to support Global Shared Inventory and B2B Inventory, multi-brand, multi-region and multi-channel initiatives.
2. Basic understanding of technology projects using IBM Sterling OMS (CoC), including configurations,
software development, installation of patches and upgrades, etc.
3. Collaborates with Architect and Leads to extend the capabilities of IBM Sterling OMS (CoC) platform and provide good quality deliverables.
3. Good Knowledge on Coding standards. Ensuring good quality and bug free code.
• Participation in various Testing stages SIT, UAT etc and close co ordination with the QA Team for bug
resolution.

Key Skills and Experience
• Worked on Order creation, Payment Execution, Inventory Management , Order Fulfilment, Invoicing ,
Return Flow.
• Understanding of Events, UserExist, Service definition framework.
• Able to do customization on Agents Service, Transaction and pipeline configurations. Database Extensions,
Exception handling. Web Call centre customization
• Knowledge in integrating IBM Sterling OMS with SFCC, IBM IIB, payment gateway, tax engine, fraud
solution, WMS
• Configuration/Administrator level knowledge using Sterling Order Management components, API's,
related interfaces and configuration.
• Able to work on tools like SQL developer, Putty, GIT, WINSCP, JIRA, Websphere Application Server
