Royal Brothers - UI/UX & Graphic Lead - Figma/Photoshop (2-3 yrs)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead UI/UX and Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user interfaces, creating graphics, and managing a team to deliver high-quality, impactful designs.

This role requires hands-on expertise with design tools, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using Figma.

- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to enhance the user experience.

- Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure seamless design implementation.

- Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual assets using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

- Develop branding materials, marketing collateral, and other design assets as needed.

- Design and optimize Shopify-based e-commerce experiences.

- Work on custom themes and ensure designs are mobile-responsive and user-friendly.

- Lead and manage a team of designers, ensuring project deadlines and quality standards are met.

- Provide mentorship, feedback, and guidance to team members.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX and graphic design, with at least 1 year in a team lead role.

- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design tools.

- Knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce design principles.

- Strong team management skills with experience in handling multiple projects.-
