Graphic Designer

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in graphic designing or related field.

Proficiency in Corel Draw software.

Strong understanding of print media principles.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities

Design Creation:

• Develop eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Create print-ready designs for flyers, banners, brochures, and packaging materials.

Brand Identity:

• Ensure all designs align with the brands identity, voice, and style guidelines.
• Collaborate to create logos, typography, and brand assets as needed.

Content Adaptation:

• Resize, edit, and optimize graphics for various digital and print formats.
• Adapt existing designs to meet the specific needs of campaigns or platforms.

Idea Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing, content, and development teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
• Brainstorm new design concepts for marketing campaigns and product launches.

Software Proficiency:

• Use design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, or similar platforms to produce high-quality work.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain organized design files and ensure easy accessibility for team collaboration.

Innovation & Growth:

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and the overall brand image.
