Senior Executive/ Asst. Manager - Marketing

Company : ROTO ENERGY SYSTEMS LTD. (Subsidiary of Roto Pumps Ltd)

Role & responsibilities

1) Generate potential leads through web searching and Seek out actively new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

2) Grow new customer base in assigned market

3) Engage with potential customers in assigned market by email, phone or Video conference and Set up meetings for business trips

4) Competitor analysis and monitor activities and trends and identify sales opportunities

5) Coordinate for international sales and marketing activities

6) Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams

7) Prepare documents (Offers, pre-shipment, post-shipments, Customer database, PPT, Expo visitors list etc.)

8) Co-ordination with Production, Logistics, and Finance

9) Prepare MIS reports and regular reports to reporting manager

Preferred candidate profile

1) Sound knowledge of Pumps and Motors, PV panels, Solar pumping systems etc

2) Business development role in Africa/ Europe/ Asia for Sales and Marketing

3) knowledge of international trade regulations, compliance requirements and export documentations

4) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills,

5) Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

6) Knowledge of import/export procedures including Incoterms.

7) Fluency in English and other languages (Desirable).
