Role & responsibilities

Responsible for executing interior design projects from start to finish, ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget.

•       Review architectural/Interior plans and prepare quantity needs.

•       Oversee the selection of materials and accounting for specified projects.

•       Conduct site visits to ensure standards and schedules are met.

•       Selection, Purchase and Negotiation of Materials.

•       Meeting with clients & keeping records of agenda with MOM

•       Finalize of Bill & extra item with client & close the Project Amicably

•       Managing and coordinating with vendors to ensure the completion of site interiors

•       Understand the floor plans to do marking on the site

•       Set project goals and oversee projects to completion

•       Prepare interim and final reports and submit to the management.

•       Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization

Preferred candidate profile

Atleast 7 yrs experience in Interiors & finishing

Experience in Hospitality projects are added advantage
