Fullstack Developer

Rodeo is seeking an innovative Senior Full Stack Developer to lead our technical

teams, drive product development, manage schedules, mitigate risks, track progress,

and inspire our team towards achieving our goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor technical teams in the development of high-quality software

products.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of

milestones.

• Identify project risks and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and track project progress, reporting on status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with product management and other stakeholders to

ensure alignment with business goals.

• Hands-on development using Node.js and expertise in Frontend frameworks.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a

collaborative environment.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve

team processes and product quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelors / master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related

field (or equivalent experience).

• 4-10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a

Senior Developer or Team Lead role.

• Proven hands-on experience with Node.js and proficiency in Frontend

frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

• Strong understanding of software architecture, data structures, and design

patterns.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced

environment.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical

concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and version

control tools (Git, SVN).
