Robosoft Technologies - Artificial Intelligence Engineer (3-8 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions within the Mobile, Consumer Goods, and Apparel industries.

In this role, you will leverage advanced data science techniques and AI/ML models to :

- Extract actionable insights from large-scale datasets.

- Develop scalable and robust AI/ML solutions that drive business value.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven initiatives.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science and AI.

- The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in data science capabilities, coupled with a passion for solving complex problems through data-driven approaches.

Key Responsibilities :

- AI/ML Model Development : Design, develop, and deploy predictive models and algorithms to solve real-world business challenges.

- Data Analytics : Process large datasets to discover patterns, correlations, and actionable insights.

- Experimentation & Validation : Conduct A/B testing, hyper parameter tuning, and cross-validation to optimize models.

- AI Tools & Platforms : Integrate models with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS or Azure) and- deploy ML models in production systems.

- Research & Innovation : Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and machine learning technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proficiency in Programming - Python and SQL.

- Strong Expertise in AI/ML Tools : Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and similar frameworks.

- Experience in distributed computing systems.

- Familiarity with- Google Cloud (preferred), AWS or/and Azure- for model deployment and data pipelines.

- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

- Knowledge of NLP/Computer Vision

- Hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing or Image Recognition models is a plus

- Ability to translate business problems into analytical frameworks.

Preferred Experience :

- 3-8 years of hands-on experience in Marketing/Supply chain Data Science or AI/ML roles.

- Experience in industries like- Mobile, Consumer Goods is a strong plus.

- Exposure to working in- Agile/Scrum- environments..

Educational Requirements :

- Bachelors or Master's degree in- Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.

- Certifications in AI, Data Science, or Cloud Technologies are a plus.
