Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Valuations at RNM India in New Delhi.

- The Head Valuations will be responsible for managing financial statements, utilizing analytical skills, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and providing financial insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Doing business valuation of intangible asset like trademark, brand names right etc.

- Valuation of start-up companies.

- Preparation and review of financial model for various purposes.

- Valuation of Preference share.

- Valuations from both buy and sell side( M&A ).

- Valuation of Arbitration.

- Valuation for financial reporting.

- Portfolio valuation for private equity/venture capital funds.

- Preparation of pricing reports for fund raising.

Qualifications:

- Financial Statements and Financial Reporting expertise.

- Analytical Skills in finance.

- Budgeting proficiency.

- Strong background in Finance.

- Experience in financial analysis and valuation.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team.

- CA/ CFA / MBA Finance / CS.
