Sr. Quality Engineer

1. Experience in heavy machineries and heavy fabrication.
2. Raw material inspection - Review of test certificates with respect to standards P.O.
3. Witnessing mechanical rest in laboratories - Tensile, Impact, Hardness Bend test.
4. Inspection of valves, pipes, fittings, pressure vessels, calandria, preheater, tanks, skids, tube bundles etc.
5. Review of radiographic films, witnessing ultrasonic tests, PT.
6. Witnessing of pressure testing of pipes, vessels valves.
7. WPS, PQR - review and approval, welder qualification rest witness.
8. Review of heat treatment charts/PWHT procedures.
9. Preparing the all documents related with quality submitted to the customer.
