Role & responsibilities

Leadership & Operations Management:

  • Branch Operations Oversight:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.
  • Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed by all departments at the branch.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company objectives and drive business growth.
  • Team Leadership & Management:
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of professionals across various departments (Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, etc.).
  • Foster a collaborative and positive working environment to ensure effective communication and teamwork across functions.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify training and development needs.
  • Cross-Department Coordination:
  • Ensure effective coordination and collaboration between all departments at the branch, ensuring alignment with the companys overall objectives.
  • Resolve inter-departmental issues and challenges, acting as the primary point of contact between departments and senior management.
  • Monitor departmental performance and provide support to departments to achieve key targets.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Branch Revenue Growth:
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, revenue, and market share for the branch.
  • Oversee sales targets and ensure teams meet or exceed objectives related to property sales, leasing, or other real estate transactions.
  • Identify and capitalize on local market opportunities to drive business development and new client acquisition.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders in the region.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service across all departments, addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Oversee the resolution of client complaints and ensure customer satisfaction is consistently high.

Financial Management:

  • Budget & Financial Oversight:
  • Develop and manage the branchs budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and controlling operational costs.
  • Monitor branch financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Prepare regular reports on financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Profitability & Cost Control:
  • Implement cost-effective measures to enhance profitability while maintaining high standards of service and operations.
  • Ensure financial and operational targets are met, and identify opportunities for cost savings or revenue growth.

Legal & Compliance:

  • Legal & Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure all branch operations are compliant with local real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Oversee legal aspects of property transactions, contracts, and agreements, working closely with the legal department to mitigate risk.
  • Ensure the branch complies with all health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Risk Management:
  • Identify and address potential risks that could impact branch operations, client relationships, or financial performance.
  • Implement risk management strategies and policies to minimize potential legal or financial issues.

Reporting & Strategy:

  • Performance Reporting:
  • Prepare and present reports on branch performance to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and operational results.
  • Provide strategic insights on market trends, competitor analysis, and business performance to help guide decision-making at the corporate level.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop short- and long-term strategies for branch growth and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the implementation of corporate strategies at the branch level, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.
