- Agency Core: A nonprofit research organization dedicated to creating a thought leadership platform. Agency Core empowers small to mid-sized agencies with expert analysis and actionable insights to navigate industry challenges.
Responsibilities:
Brand Development & Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Define and refine brand messaging, positioning, and storytelling to establish a strong identity in the market.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, internal communications, and customer touchpoints.
- Develop brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all touchpoints.
- Conduct market research to understand audience needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
Content & Campaign Development:
- Oversee the creation of compelling, high-quality content to enhance brand perception.
- Work with content creators to develop blogs, case studies, social media, newsletters, and video campaigns that reinforce brand values.
- Develop brand awareness campaigns that engage target audiences and drive loyalty.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce visually impactful branding materials.
Collaboration & Execution:
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align branding efforts with business goals.
- Partner with design teams to ensure a visually compelling and cohesive brand presence.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and partners for creative and PR initiatives.
Performance & Analytics:
- Track and measure brand awareness, audience engagement, and sentiment analysis to refine strategies.
- Identify key brand health metrics and report insights to stakeholders regularly.
- Use insights from Google Analytics, social media analytics, and customer feedback to improve brand perception and effectiveness.
- Report on branding initiatives' impact on business growth and client retention.
Desired Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, brand management, or a similar role, preferably within web design and development services.
- Proven ability to create and implement brand strategies that drive business growth, particularly in the web design and development sector.
- Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO, SEM, and digital advertising.
- Experience in content marketing, digital campaigns, and audience engagement.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Advanced data analysis skills to translate insights into impactful strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset and strong leadership capabilities.
- Collaborative approach to team management and stakeholder engagement.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative strategies that increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Ability to interpret and present data effectively to make informed marketing decisions.
