Job Description

Role & responsibilities


As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in understanding our products, defining and executing a sales strategy, and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for direct sales, market development, and customer relationship management while also hiring and leading a team of sales executives and service engineers. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on selling, and leadership to ensure revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Market Expansion

  • Develop and implement a strong sales strategy for our industrial cleaning and water treatment chemicals.
  • Identify potential industries and customers for our products and establish a sales pipeline.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive positioning.

Business Development & Customer Engagement

  • Meet with potential and existing customers to pitch products, understand requirements, and provide solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and distributors.
  • Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance when required.

Team Building & Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives and service engineers.
  • Set clear KPIs and targets for the team and drive performance through coaching and motivation.
  • Collaborate with service engineers to ensure after-sales service excellence and customer satisfaction.

Product & Market Feedback

  • Provide market insights to improve product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the R&D and production team to relay customer feedback for continuous product enhancement.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Maintain sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Monitor sales team performance and optimize strategies for higher conversions and customer retention.
