- Need an experienced operator who can take over from the current ceo to take over as coo

- Goal of Operation efficiency and cost reduction

- Hit monthly production and shipment targets

- Should have leadership qualities as the job would require the management of large teams and work force

- Should be able to take decisions based on data

- Should be able to build P/L for their department, hire and scale quickly
