Designation - AM/DM/Manager - CRM

Location - Rise Resort Residences, Sector-1, Techzone-4, Greater Noida (West)

Office Timings : 10:00 am - 7:00 pm (Sunday Off)

NOTE : Last Sunday of every month is working (Can avail comp. off against Sunday working).

Job Responsibilities:

Handle entire post sales activities (CRM-Backend/Front End)

Documentaion formalities, client interaction.

Collection/Possession/Handover activities

Identifying and redressing customer grievances

Handle CRM and take actions depending on the severity of the situation

Prepared processes to build emotional connection between customers and company

Improved and ensured a seamless consumer experience overall

Development of different forms as per the requirement

Customers communications and coordinating with different departments for resolving client issues

Handle transfer and Endorsement of the clients and issuing them new documents.

Improving Customer Engagement and Retention

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have real estate background only

Must be good in CRM (Frontend & Backend) activities

Share updated profile OR apply through naukri portal to proceed with the shortlisting process.
