Job Description.

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru.

The candidate will be responsible for consulting with management on operational requirements of software solutions, contributing expertise on information system options, risk, and operational impact.

They will also be managing the installation and configuration of solutions, and collaborating with developers on software requirements.

Key Responsibilities.

Consult with management on the operational requirements of software solutions.

Share expertise on information system options, risk, and operational impact.

Mentor junior software developers to gain experience and assume DevOps responsibilities.

Manage the installation and configuration of software solutions.

Collaborate with developers on software requirements and interpret test stage data.

Develop interface simulators and design automated module deployments.

Complete code and script updates, as well as resolve product implementation errors.

Work together with the team to manage and govern the day-to-day operations and project work.

Be responsible for deploying product updates, identifying production issues and implementing integrations that meet customer needs.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant field.

5-8 years of experience in a relevant role.

Proficiency in Python, Java, and other relevant programming languages.

Proven experience in managing teams and strong collaboration skills.

Extensive experience with DevOps practices.

Familiarity with databases, web servers, and UI/UX design.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Problem-solving aptitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Excellent decision-making and organizational skills.
