*Role Overview:*

As a Quantity Surveyor & Cost Controller, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial success of our projects. From cost estimation to budget monitoring, your expertise will shape the financial landscape of our endeavors, ensuring efficiency and excellence every step of the way.

*Responsibilities:*

- Conduct detailed cost estimations for materials, labor, and equipment.

- Prepare comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for project execution.

- Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors during the tendering process.

- Monitor project costs against budgets and provide regular reports.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

- Manage variation orders and ensure accurate pricing and documentation.

- Develop and monitor project budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Analyze cost variances and implement strategies for cost control.

- Prepare financial forecasts and reports for project stakeholders.

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience in quantity surveying and cost control within the real estate industry.

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., MS Excel, cost estimation software).

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
