Oversee day-to-day activities to ensure cGMP implementation in the plant.Review and approve specifications/STP and analytical test data sheets.Update documents as per QMS, including recording management review meetings, implementing CAPA, and maintaining records of Monthly Review meetings.

Site Master File, Validation Master Plan, Quality Manual, etc. Manage the IPQA Team and daily shopfloor activities. Conduct audits compliance for leading pharmaceuticals and regulatory authorities. Organize GMP trainings and provide training to all employees. Coordinate with R&D for smooth transfer of new molecules and methods.
