We are actively seeking a Sr. Support Engineer, Oracle Banking (Functional OBDX,FCUB) . This role is based in India.

This role involves a deep understanding and Sound knowledge in Oracle Digital Banking, Oracle Banking API Skills (OBDX / OBAPI Skills) or FLEXCUBE Universal Banking. Should be an experienced consulting professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family.
Responsibilities - Work closely with end users daily to understand their needs, resolve incidents, support business change, and deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience.
- Design and Develop Digital Banking Solution using Oracle Banking Digital Experience
- Lead technical design, development and delivery of Enhancements and Change requests.
- Building Customizations on Oracle Banking Digital Experience using Extensibility
- Provide functional expertise of the application.
- Understand requirements from business analysts and users.
- Participate in training activities for training and upskilling of the team member.
- Thoroughly document change requests, test results, and approvals
- Be a pro-active contributor in the delivery team organization which is running 24x7x365 and will require the ability to work flexible hours outside of standard business hours.
- Contribute to the development and management of knowledge-sharing methodologies, diagnostic tools, and creative processes, to improve the client experience.
- Day - Day coaching and mentoring of junior team members.
- Good Communication, Presentation and Customer Facing skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills in Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX) in a support environment
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment.
- Hands-on technical experience in Java Technology Stack (Core Java, Spring frameworks, Microservices architecture)
- Knowledge about UI/UX, Knockout.js
- Experience working with High Availability environments involving Weblogic Application Server, Oracle Database
- Hands-on experience in working with XML, XSLT, SOAP, RESTful Web Services, JSON
- Have Core Java, Microservices/Spring Boot or PL/SQL and strong database skills
- Should be aware of the developments happening in the BFSI space and specifically in Digital Banking
- Bachelor s Degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in BFSI domain with a special focus on Oracle Banking Platform, ODBX and/or Flexcube
