ETL Developer For Product-Based US MNC

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented ETL Developer with database setup and data mining expertise to join our innovative data team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust ETL processes, setting up and maintaining databases, and performing data mining activities to extract valuable insights from our data sources.

Cab - Available within 10 km- 12 km radius within Bengaluru. (Female should be staying within our radius). The client prefers candidates staying within a 10-12 kms radius.

Essential Job Duties:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to efficiently extract, transform, and load datafrom diverse sources into data warehouses or data lakes.
• Set up and manage both relational and non-relational databases, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
• Conduct data mining and exploratory data analysis to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Implement data quality checks, validation, and cleansing processes to ensure high-quality data for analysis and reporting.
• Create and maintain design documentation for ETL processes, database schemas, data models, and analytical methodologies.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

 Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in ETL, database management, data mining, and analysis.

Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in ETL development, utilizing tools such as Informatica, Talend, Microsoft SSIS etc
• Strong knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and database design principles.
• Proficiency in data mining techniques and tools (e.g., Python/R) for exploratory data analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present findings and insights effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
