A leading Marketing Services Organization is looking for dynamic and creative Social Media Manager for their Intellectual Property
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our online presence on Instagram and LinkedIn, engage with our audience, and drive growth for our brand. You will also frequently visit bars, cafes, and events to capture content with bartenders and upload it to our social media channels.
Responsibilities :
Content Creation & Management :
- Develop and manage a content calendar with a mix of posts, including DIY cocktail recipes, event promotions, competitions, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Create high-quality visuals and engaging videos to captivate our audience.
- Write compelling and on-brand captions.
- Visit bars, cafes, and events to capture live content with bartenders and venues.
Community Engagement :
- Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers promptly.
- Foster community engagement by asking questions, encouraging user- generated content, and sharing relevant stories.
Brand Voice & Consistency :
- Maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice across all social media platforms.
Analytics & Reporting :
- Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to evaluate the success of content.
- Use analytics tools to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content strategy.
- Provide regular reports on social media performance and growth.
Collaborations & Partnerships :
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, mixologists, and relevant brands to expand reach.
- Manage partnerships and collaborations to create mutually beneficial content.
Promotion & Advertising :
- Utilize Instagram Stories, Reels, and targeted ads to promote content and increase visibility.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to drive traffic and engagement.
- Use Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager to run ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google Search, and YouTube.
Event Coverage :
- Capture content at offline events, including live coverage, stories, and quick captions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Content Engagement : Track likes, comments, shares, and saves to measure audience engagement with posts
- Follower Growth : Monitor the increase in followers on all social media platforms.
- Community Interaction : Measure the response time and quality of interactions with followers.
- Content Reach : Analyze the reach and impressions of posts and stories.
- Campaign Performance : Evaluate the success of social media campaigns through metrics such as click-through rates, conversions, and engagement.
- Collaboration Impact : Assess the effectiveness of influencer partnerships and brand collaborations in driving engagement and growth
