API Developer

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and integrating APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between various systems and applications. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining APIs, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and efficient.

- The ideal candidate should have experience with setting up API Gateways Routes, Authentication, Throttling, Rate Limiting etc.

- Expertise in maintaining production workloads for API Gateways. Writing and managing plugins for the API Gatways.

- Experience with Kong/Apisix/Apigee/IBM Gateway etc. is a must

- Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including software developers, system architects, and business analysts, to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. You will also be expected to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to API performance and functionality. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs, as well as experience with API management tools and platforms.

- You should be proficient in programming languages such as Nodejs, Java, or .NET, and have a good grasp of database technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
