Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) Direct Sales (IT Services & Software Sales)

Job Summary:


We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in direct sales of IT services and software solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in inbound sales, client negotiations, product demos, and documentation. The role requires extensive experience in handling Android & iOS applications, websites, CRM, on-demand services, taxi solutions, and SaaS products.


Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through direct sales, inbound leads, and cold outreach.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.

Client Handling & Negotiation:

  • Handle client inquiries, meetings, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

Market Research & Lead Generation:

  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and other tools for lead generation.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and pricing strategies.
  • Identify new business verticals and potential markets for expansion.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Prepare and manage sales proposals, agreements, contracts, and other documentation.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales pipeline details.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in direct sales of IT services/software solutions.
  • Strong expertise in inbound sales, client negotiations, and demo meetings.
  • Experience in selling Android/iOS applications, websites, CRM, on-demand solutions, taxi applications, and SaaS products.
  • Knowledge of technologies such as Node.js, React, Flutter, React Native, Python, and Cloud services.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and other lead generation platforms.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and client coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT services, web development, or mobile app development industry.
  • Prior experience in software or SaaS sales is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales strategies and processes.
