NOC Engineers are responsible for providing first level support to user and ensure maximum uptime for users. Provide Telephone / Chat / Remote technical support. NMS Alert monitoring and escalate incidents where necessary, Ticket Handling as per defined flow. Help maximize overall network uptime Able to handle call flow and communicate to customer. Knowledge of IP networking. Knowledge of Computer Hardware and Software. IP Addressing & Subnetting. Able to work in Shifts. (Night Also)Should have his own Laptop. Any Graduate
