Job Description

As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will be instrumental in drivingour marketing strategies and initiatives. This mid-level role is ideal for amarketing professional with 3 to 5 years of experience who is passionate aboutgenerating qualified leads, optimising campaigns, and contributing to theoverall growth of the company. You will work closely with cross-functionalteams to execute and refine strategies that drive demand and customeracquisition.
Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channeldemand generation campaigns, including email marketing, social media, paidmedia, webinars, and content marketing.
  • Lead Management: Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring seamlesstransitions between marketing and sales teams, and optimising lead scoring andqualification processes.
  • Content Collaboration: Collaborate with the content team to create and promote high-valuecontent (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, blogs) that resonates with our targetaudience and supports demand generation objectives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics,HubSpot, or Salesforce, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.Regularly report on key metrics and KPIs to stakeholders.
  • Market Research & Insights: Conduct in-depth market research tounderstand target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape, andapply insights to refine campaign strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, andcontent teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of marketinginitiatives on revenue growth.



    Requirements
    Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a relatedfield. A master\u2019s degree or additional certifications in digital marketing is aplus.

    Experience: 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, ordigital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.

    Skills:
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and experience with digitalmarketing channels, including email, SEO, SEM, and social media.
    • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g.,Account Engagement, Salesforce and Hubspot).
    • Excellent analytical skills with experience in tracking and optimisingcampaign performance.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multipleprojects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with externalpartners.
    • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to marketingchallenges.
