Objectives of this role
- Driveawareness of requirements across business units and identify substandardsystems processes through evaluation of real-time data
- Serve asthought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypesthat promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels
- Create andimplement precise management plans for every project, with attention totransparent communication at all levels
- Perform,evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systemsdevelopment
- Determineand develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximumusability.
Responsibilities
- Partnerwith stakeholders to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way,communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, andexecutive teams
- Evaluate,analyse, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, andmaintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports toall appropriate parties
- Author andupdate internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliverrequirements and documentation
- Conductdaily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems
- Developmeaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimised systemsintegration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executiveswith supporting research and recommendations.
RequirementsRequired skills andqualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Provenanalytical abilities.
- Experiencein generating process documentation and reports.
- Excellentcommunication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionableinsights.
- Experienceis salesforce is preferable.
Preferred skills andqualifications
- Bachelor\u2019sdegree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science
- Strongworking knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio
- Provenability to manage projects and user testing
- Extensiveexperience with data visualisation.
- Highproficiency in technical writing.
- Bachelor\u2019sdegree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Partnerwith stakeholders to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way,communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, andexecutive teams
