Rheomold supports industries from Design to Manufacturing by fabricating the product design through Computer Aided Design-CAD, Computer Aided Engineering-CAE (Structural, NVH & Thermal Analysis) and Computational fluid dynamics-CFD, Tool Design & Development (Plastics, Sheet Metal & Die Casting) and Manufacturing Simulation (Moldflow, Forming & Casting).

We at Rheomold are hiring for a Mechanical Design Engineer-CATIA V5 to join our team at a client location, Onsite @ Pune.

Experience:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in the Mechanical Design domain.
• Aerospace domain experience is preferred.

Technical Skills & Tools:

CATIA V5

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Part Design, Assembly Design, and Drafting.
• Ability to independently execute tasks using CATIA V5.
• Expertise in CATIA Modules. Mainly Mechanical Design, shape design, Machining, etc (create 3D parts design, surface modelling, manufacturing drawings and assemblies)
• Reverse engineering concepts
• Up-to-date on CATIA advancements and industry best practices.
• Work collaboratively with engineers, designers, and manufacturing teams to ensure designs meet requirements.
• Identifying and resolving design challenges and implementing solutions.

PLM Tools:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools.
• Should be proficient in Check-in, Check-out, Up-issue, and Revision processes.

Communication Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.

Experience: 3-6 Years

Qualification- BE/ B. Tech
