Role & responsibilities
• Assist in the design and implementation of talent development programs, including onboarding, mentoring, and leadership development.
Skills / Qualifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess HR data, identify trends, and support improvement strategies.
• 1-3 years of experience in the HR domain with exposure to talent management fundamentals, including performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
• Familiarity with HR software systems and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to drive talent management initiatives
