Role & responsibilities

• Assist in the design and implementation of talent development programs, including onboarding, mentoring, and leadership development.

• Support the performance management process by facilitating goal-setting, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
• Conduct talent assessments and assist in succession planning to build a strong internal talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand skill requirements and develop internal mobility strategies.
• Maintain and analyse talent metrics and reporting to provide insights on workforce trends, retention rates, and skill gaps.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback sessions, and culture-building activities.
• Participate in learning and development activities, including needs assessment, curriculum design, and program facilitation.
• Provide support to HR Business Partners in managing employee relations and career development discussions.

Skills / Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess HR data, identify trends, and support improvement strategies.

• 1-3 years of experience in the HR domain with exposure to talent management fundamentals, including performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across teams.

• Familiarity with HR software systems and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and best practices.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to drive talent management initiatives
