As a Team Leader at our Web Design and Development company, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of talented web designers and developers to create exceptional websites and web applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of web designers, developers, and other technical professionals.

• Manage workload distribution, project assignments, and resource allocation.
• Oversee multiple web design and development projects concurrently, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

• Create project plans, set milestones, and allocate resources effectively.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web design and development trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team, helping to solve complex technical challenges.
• Conduct code reviews and quality assurance checks to maintain high coding standards.
• Ensure that all web projects meet or exceed quality standards, including design aesthetics, functionality, and performance.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and guidelines.
• Perform thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and building strong relationships.
• Communicate project progress, milestones, and deliverables effectively.
• Address client feedback and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project budgets and resource utilization, making adjustments as necessary.
• Identify opportunities for resource optimization and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in web design, computer science, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Proven experience in web design and development, with expertise in front-end and back-end technologies.
• Previous leadership or team management experience.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in web design and development tools, languages, and frameworks (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, PHP, CMS platforms).
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles.
