Job Description
Position : D365 FSCM Developer
Mode : Work from office
Shift: Night shift ( 6.30pm to 3.30am) or similar shift which has at overlap with US. This position will interact extensively with US team. For women applicants we will consider WFH for this shift time.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards using FO tools and integrations
- Work with finance and operations teams to understand business needs and configure FO to optimize workflows and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FO functionality
- Manage all aspects of system administration for Dynamics 365 FO, including user creation, security roles, access control, and security best practices.
- Perform regular system monitoring and health checks, identifying and resolving performance issues.
- Implement system upgrades and updates according to best practices and change management protocols.
- Manage backups, disaster recovery procedures, and data security protocols.
- Stay up to date on the latest Dynamics 365 FO features and updates.
- Maintain system documentation and knowledge base.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and potentially external vendors to ensure successful system operation
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a System Administrator, Dynamics 365 FO administration is highly preferred
- Expertise in the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 apps
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, Azure, Dataverse, and SQL Server Management Studio
- Experience in designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining applications
- Strong understanding of security principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data management and reporting tools.
- A basic understanding of cloud concepts
- A basic understanding of finance and accounting processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- B.E or equivalent
