Develop and maintain our Salesforce platform and integrate it with other systems as required.
Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Build scalable solutions for enhancing business processes on Sales cloud and CPQ products, leveraging Salesforce standard OOTB, declarative features and customization as required.
Maintain and uphold our platform design standards, ensuring quality and health of the Salesforce platform
Establish and enforce development standards, methodologies, and tools.
Identify and mitigate development risks and issues.
Ability to manage Salesforce platform production deployments working in an agile methodology environment
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, retrospectives, sprint reviews, and daily standups.
Test bug fixes to make sure they work as per requirements, then deploy them to production.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience with Salesforce development.
Experience with Screen Flows, Record Trigger Flows, Scheduled Flows, Sub Flows, Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, and integration tools.
Understanding of CRM principles and the Salesforce ecosystem, including its various modules like Sales Cloud and CPQ. Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud would be preferred
Salesforce Admin and Developer certification would be a plus
Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to give optimal solutions.
Ability to communicate with business users on status and progress or to collect feedback.
Hands-on experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles, and reports.
