Field Application Engineer - PLS Debugger

We are seeking a talented and motivated Field Application Engineer with expertise in PLS (Programmierbare Logik & Systeme) debugging tools. The ideal candidate will handle both pre-sales and post-sales support for our embedded products, including debuggers, compilers, evaluation boards, and programmers.

Role & responsibilities

Provide technical support and expertise to customers in pre-sales and post-sales stages.

Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and trainings for customers and partners.

Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide customized solutions.

Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to embedded products.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in embedded systems and PLS debugging tools.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in embedded systems development and debugging.

Proficiency in PLS debugging tools and embedded development environments.

Strong understanding of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and software development.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
