Job Description


Role Overview:

The AVP Key Account Management will be responsible for managing relationships with key OEMs and ensuring operational excellence in disbursement and collections. As an individual contributor, the role requires strategic thinking, hands-on client engagement, and a strong focus on revenue and compliance targets.


Roles and Responsibilities:

A. Manage Portfolio performance

  • Drive end-to-end business growth through deep engagement with key accounts - OEMs
  • Ensure achievement of market share for OEMs
  • Ensure business performance and collection portfolio of every dealer of the partnering OEM meets organizational expectations

B. Key Account Management:

  • Act as the single point of contact for partnering OEMs and build long-term relationships.
  • Provide business progress reports and obtain business forecasts from OEMs
  • Lead contract negotiations with OEMs for their respective dealers, ensuring profitable and compliant agreements.
  • Proactively resolve concerns and ensure seamless disbursement and achievement of collection targets

C. Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure full compliance with documentation, investigation, and collection requirements for all assigned accounts.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks related to financing and collections, aligning with company policies.

D. Strategic Planning & Market Growth:

  • Design and execute incentive schemes for OEMs, dealers, and customers to drive sales during seasonal fluctuations.
  • Plan disbursement strategies to effectively manage market surges and demand slowdowns.

E. Marketing & Brand Visibility:

  • Partner with OEM to plan regional dealer meets and financing events to boost sales and customer acquisition.
  • Partner with OEM to draw out action plan for Revfins brand visibility at all dealer locations and relevant market events.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 4-8 years in key account management, sales, or business development within NBFCs, automobile finance, or BFSI.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-value accounts, negotiate contracts, and drive sales growth.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, sales performance, and client requirements.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders (OEMs, dealers).
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer-focused approach.
