Retail Sales Executive - Pune

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Revenue Growth:
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth within the designated area.
2. PSPM Growth:
• Initiate measures to increase Profit per Square Meter (PSPM) metrics, optimizing operational efficiency.
3. Growth in Revenue per Walk-in:
• Identify opportunities to enhance revenue generated per walk-in customer through sales initiatives and customer experience enhancements.
4. Market Insights:
• Conduct market research and analysis to gain insights into customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends.
5. Hiring and Training Requirements:
• Lead recruitment efforts to acquire top talent and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Develop and implement training programs to equip team members with the necessary skills and knowledge.
6. Expansion:
• Drive expansion initiatives, including identifying new locations and overseeing the setup of new stores within the area.
7. Service Standards and Store Hygiene:
• Maintain high service standards across all stores within the area, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and enforce store hygiene standards to uphold brand reputation.

Key Performance Indicators:

1. PSPM Growth:
• Monitor and track PSPM metrics to assess financial performance and operational efficiency.
2. Growth in Revenue per Walk-in:
• Evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies in increasing revenue generated per walk-in customer.
3. New Store Performance against Commitment:
• Assess the performance of new stores based on predetermined targets and benchmarks.
4. Same Store Growth:
• Analyze same-store growth to measure the effectiveness of ongoing operational improvements.
5. Market Analysis, Internal Audits, NPS Scores:
• Review market analysis findings, internal audit reports, and Net Promoter Scores (NPS) to identify areas for improvement.
6. Commercial Hygiene:
• Ensure compliance with commercial hygiene standards to maintain brand integrity and customer trust.

Ideal Candidate:

• Education and Experience:
• MBA/PGDM qualification with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of retail experience, preferably in a managerial capacity.
• Prior experience as an Area Manager for at least 1 year is preferred.
• Skills and Traits:
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
• High energy levels and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Demonstrated experience in team management and leadership.
