Job Title: Retail Associate

As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the store. Your role will involve assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining store displays, processing transactions, and ensuring that the store is well-stocked and organised. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for customers while achieving sales goals .

Key Responsibilities:

Car Procurement:

• Source and procure cars from both dealers and individual customers through daily allotted leads.
• Negotiate and finalize deals while adhering to company policies and standards.

Bench marking Listing Prices:

• Evaluate and align car listing prices with current market standards to ensure competitiveness.
• Regularly analyse market trends and competitor pricing strategies to maintain optimal pricing for inventory.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for price adjustments to maximize sales and profitability.

Process Coordination & Quality Control:

• Conduct comprehensive quality checks during car on- boarding to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Understands product assortment and basics of inventory management.

Sales & Retail Operations:

• Manage and update car listings, pricing, and promotional activities to ensure they align with market demands.
• Continuously monitor inventory performance and make adjustments as needed to optimize sales.
  
  Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in any field.
• 1 year of relevant experience in retail, automotive, procurement, inventory management,
  or sales roles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. -
