UI Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Website Design & Execution: Create and execute high-fidelity website designs and interactive prototypes that are visually compelling and meet business requirements.
  
• Design System Utilization: Build and maintain consistent visual language by utilizing existing design systems, creating and updating components, ensuring scalability and responsiveness in all web designs.

• Visual Design: In-depth knowledge of design principles including unity, Gestalt properties, space, hierarchy, balance, contrast, scale, dominance, similarity, and sense of color.
  
• User-Centered Design: Apply best practices in UX/UI design to ensure all website designs are user-friendly, accessible, and meet usability standards (preferably WCAG 2.1 AA-compliant).
  Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, developers, and product managers to refine requirements, clarify functionality, and ensure design feasibility.
  
• Consistency & Quality Control: Conduct design reviews and ensure all UI elements adhere to brand standards. Maintain a high level of attention to detail in every aspect of the project.
  
• Accessibility & Responsiveness: Ensure designs are fully responsive and inclusive for users of all abilities and devices, supporting usability goals and accessibility standards.
  
• Design Systems Development: Help expand our design system by creating reusable components, documenting guidelines, and providing guidance on best practices for system evolution.
  
• Stakeholder Communication: Present design concepts to stakeholders and leadership, explaining design rationale and effectively incorporating feedback to achieve alignment and project goal

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication, or related field.

2+ years of experience in presentation design or graphic design roles. A strong portfolio showcasing presentation designs and creative work.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Design and Visual Communication, Software Proficiency, Presentation enhancement
