Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
Experience in solar energy technologies, with exposure to project development, policy & regulation, vendor management, market analysis, or business development.
Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and an interest in solar energy are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in research tools, data analysis software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with solar-specific software/tools such as PVsyst, Helioscope, or similar is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills to evaluate technical, regulatory, and market data.

Effective written and verbal communication to prepare high-quality reports, proposals, and presentations.
