Accountant

Restaurant accounting:

· Candidate Must Have Knowledge About GST, TDS, Debit & Credit Notes.

· Bank receipt and payment with reco, cash expenses, cash vouchers handling, petty cash handling, sales entry, cash deposit co-ordination. Follow-up for cash expenses with Restaurant staff.

· Sales & Purchase to be exported from Pet Pooja software. Daily Updation/ Changes of Outdoor Catering & Banquet Invoices In Tally. Matching Petpooja & Tally Sales. Checking and follow-up of outstanding with Sales staff. Sales summary sheet to be prepared and given to management.

· Checking & Collection of Purchase Bills, sings to Be verified. Then all bills to be matched with Tally & Petpooja.

· Each 15 days vendors payment to be done. Vendor’s list to Be given to management as and when needed.

· Salary Advance Details to be maintained and given to management. Doing salary and all other entries.

· GSTR 2B verification and preparing other sheets needed for GST. Checking for missing gst nos of sales party.

· Maintain google sheet for payments and matching it with tally outstanding.

· Paying statutory dues like TDS , gas, vmc bills etc on time

· Giving monthly profit and loss to management.

· Helping out is finalization of Balance sheet.

· E-commerce entries to be settled on bill to bill basis. Paytm to be matched on daily basis.

· Weekly 2-3 times visit to restaurant as and when needed

· Updating stock entries in tally and verifying its details with restaurant staff on monthly basis.

· Liaoning with bank, e-commerce suppliers and management as and when needed.

Company (Ghana):

· Sales Invoice booking location wise and MR wise. Keeping outstanding of parties ready on day to day basis. Co-coordinating for missing sales invoices.

· Doing entries of Purchase, Bank and Cash Expenses.

· Doing stock wise issue in tally on daily basis. Matching stock with bin card closing balance.

· Preparing VAT related payment details

· Doing Salary and statutory payment entries in system.

· Preparing profit and loss on monthly basis
