Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Data Modeling :

- Design and implement data models in Snowflake to optimize performance and meet business requirements.

ETL Development :

- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Snowflake.

Performance Optimization :

- Monitor and optimize performance of Snowflake queries and storage usage for cost efficiency.

Data Integration :

- Integrate data from different sources into Snowflake, ensuring accuracy and reliability of the data.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet those needs.

Documentation :

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data models, ETL processes, and other technical specifications.

Troubleshooting :

- Identify and resolve data issues, ensuring data integrity and availability.

Required Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience :

- 4+ years of experience in data warehousing and Snowflake development.

Technical Skills :

- Proficient in Snowflake SQL and data modeling concepts.

- Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, Apache Airflow).

- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java for data manipulation.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks.
