Role & responsibilities

• Conduct financial modelling, valuation, and in-depth due diligence for live transactions.
• Prepare investor presentations, Board materials, and executive summaries.
• Work with investment banks and legal advisors on deal structuring and execution.
• Support equity fundraising activities and investor relations functions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage end-to-end deal execution and post-merger integration.
• Develop business case analyses, scenario planning models, and strategic recommendations.
• Maintain up-to-date market and competitor intelligence to support M&A pipeline.

Preferred candidate profile

• CA/MBA with 35 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, or equity fundraising.
• Strong grasp of valuation techniques, financial modelling, and transaction structuring.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; comfort working with large data sets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in renewable energy or infrastructure sectors is a plus.
• Prior experience with Big 4 advisory, investment banks, or consulting firms is preferred.
• Proven work experience in the field of Valuations, Due Diligence or Transaction Advisory
