Job Description
Looking for a highly experienced Analog Design Manager to join the 2.6B$ Power Business Unit where in the candidate will get to work on a wide range of exciting products such as IPD s, PMICs, DC-DC converters and Drivers powering the next generation of automotive power needs. This is an early-stage growth opportunity where in the candidate will get to learn, build and over time contribute and influence the charter for Renesas s massive Power product portfolio.
Essential Functions:
- Highly experienced in all aspects of Analog circuit design from block level to full chip with a demonstrated history in driving design innovation and best practices.
- Should have the ability to work independently with little supervision and drive the team to define, develop and execute the product plan from concept to tape-out.
- Must be proficient in transistor level design and system implementation of typical building blocks like charge pumps, comparators, amplifiers, bandgaps, linear regulators, switching regulators etc
- Must have solid leadership experience in leading a team of engineers with a proven history of mentoring and promoting talent.
- Direct experience in building teams from scratch and developing power products in any of the desired functions is a big plus.
Qualifications
- bachelors or masters degree in Electrical and Computer engineering
- 13+ years in Analog Circuit Design, Simulation and Verification
