Team Lead - HFM (Hand free Module) & USM (Under hood Switch Module)

System Development:

Lead the design, development, and integration of HFM & USM systems. Ensure alignment with functional and performance requirements.

Project Management:

Plan, track, and deliver HFM & USM projects within defined timelines and budgets.

Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.

Technical Leadership:

Provide guidance on system architecture, design reviews, and technical problem-solving.

Drive innovation and incorporate the latest technologies in HFM & USM development.

Testing and Validation:

Oversee system-level testing and validation to ensure functionality, safety, and compliance with automotive standards.

Address issues identified during testing and implement effective solutions.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and validation groups, to ensure system compatibility.

Coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders to meet project objectives.

Customer Focus:

Understand customer requirements and ensure the HFM & USM system aligns with their expectations.

Manage change requests and deliver high-quality solutions.

Documentation and Compliance:

Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards.

Support audits and regulatory reviews as needed.

Team Management:

Mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical and professional skills.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors in EE / EEE / ECE

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

10-14 years of Total experience with min. 8 yrs in Auto R&D/ Design centers/OEMs or Tier I Suppliers
