About the Position

CSRBOX is seeking a skilled and analytical Associate Manager Data Analytics Visualization to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into actionable insights using advanced analytics and data visualization techniques. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze data trends, and present findings in visually compelling ways that support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data analytics, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools, along with a passion for extracting valuable insights to drive business strategy and performance.

Responsibilities

Data Analytics Reporting :

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to generate actionable insights.
Develop advanced statistical models, perform trend analysis, and generate key metrics that drive decision-making across different departments.
Work with stakeholders to define and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations, providing in-depth analysis, actionable insights, and recommendations.
Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, outliers, and areas of interest within datasets.

Data Visualization:

Design and develop interactive, user-friendly data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization software.
Create visually engaging and insightful reports and presentations that effectively communicate complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
Transform data findings into compelling visual stories that highlight trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Maintain and update dashboards and reports as per the changing business needs, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

Collaboration Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, marketing, sales, operations, and senior management to understand their data needs.
Work closely with business leaders to identify business challenges and translate them into analytical solutions.
Provide training and support to teams on interpreting and using data visualizations effectively.
Act as the primary point of contact for data-related inquiries and ensure data integrity across different business units.

Data Governance Quality:

Ensure data quality and consistency across different datasets, performing regular audits and data validation checks.
Support data governance initiatives to maintain high standards for data integrity, privacy, and security.
Identify and resolve data-related issues, ensuring that all analyses are based on accurate and reliable data.

Continuous Improvement Innovation:

Stay up to date with the latest developments in data analytics, statistical modeling, and data visualization technologies.
Proactively identify opportunities for automation and process improvement in data analytics workflows.
Experiment with new tools and techniques to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of data analysis and reporting.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

Bachelors degree (compulsory) in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus.
At least 3-4 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science, with a strong focus on data visualization.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
Proven experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Experience in handling large datasets and using data manipulation techniques (e.g., ETL processes, data wrangling).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn raw data into meaningful insights.
Expertise in creating interactive dashboards, charts, and graphs to simplify complex data for business users.
High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with large datasets.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
