• B.E/B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering field

• Relevant Knowledge in Construction part end to end process

• PMP or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage

• Experience: Minimum 10 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Interface Manager to oversee coordination between multiple project teams, ensuring seamless integration of workflows and effective stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will act as the single point of contact with the Project Management Consultant (PMC) and other key stakeholders, facilitating efficient decision-making and progress tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination & Integration:
  
• Act as the primary liaison between different project disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical, etc.).
• Ensure all interfaces between project teams are clearly defined and managed effectively.
• Identify potential conflicts between various teams and proactively resolve issues.
• Stakeholder Management:
  
• Serve as the single point of contact for PMC, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Organize and lead interface meetings to align objectives, timelines, and expectations.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress.
• Workflow & Process Management:
  
• Develop and implement efficient communication protocols across teams.
• Monitor project timelines, ensuring that all teams adhere to scheduled milestones.
• Assist in resolving technical or procedural conflicts that may arise between teams.
• Risk Management & Compliance:
  
• Identify risks related to inter-team dependencies and propose mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all interface activities comply with project requirements, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all interface agreements, changes, and resolutions.
• Technical & Communication Excellence:
  
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Foster a collaborative work environment among multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide strategic recommendations to optimize interface management practices.
