Position Overview :

The Remote Sensing Trainee Analyst is an entry-level position designed to provide hands-on experience in the field of remote sensing and geospatial analysis. Key Responsibilities :

Data Support : Assist in collecting and processing remote sensing data from various sources such as satellites and drones.

Image Processing : Help with basic image processing tasks, including georeferencing, image correction, and data formatting.

Analysis Assistance : Support in conducting preliminary analysis of geospatial data, such as image classification and vegetation monitoring.

GIS Integration : Learn to incorporate remote sensing data into GIS software for mapping and spatial analysis.

Documentation : Prepare basic reports, maps, and visualizations under supervision.

Software Training : Gain hands-on experience with remote sensing and GIS software (e.g., Google Earth Engine, ArcGIS, QGIS).

Quality Assurance : Assist with basic data validation and accuracy checks.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Remote Sensing, Geography, GIS, or related fields.

- Basic understanding of remote sensing concepts and GIS.

- Familiarity with geospatial software (e.g., Google Earth Engine, ArcGIS, QGIS) is a plus, but not required.
