Roles and Responsibilities

• Collect blood samples from patients in a timely and efficient manner.
  
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transportation of collected samples to the laboratory.
  
• Maintain accurate records of patient information, test results, and sample collection details.
  
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operation of phlebotomy services.
  
• Participate in quality control measures to maintain high standards of service delivery.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year experience as a Phlebotomist Technician or related field (Dmlt, Cmlt, Bmlt).
  
• Diploma or degree in relevant specialization such as Pathology, Blood Bank Technology, Medical Laboratory Technology etc.
  
• Strong knowledge of blood collection techniques including venipuncture and capillary puncture.
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.
